About the Opportunity Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager, this full-time permanent position requires you to have a proven background in customer service and sales administration. You will be responsible for providing premium service levels to our valued customers. Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for our next Customer Service superstar to join our Perth branch based in South Fremantle. In this Role Accurate processing of inbound customer orders via phone, email, web, fax. Keying in customer orders - Data entry Creating and processing orders Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends. General filing, data entry, faxing, and photocopying Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required    You’re Likely a Match If Prior experience working as a Customer Service Specialist in a busy customer service environment preferably food service or FMCG industry. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Great attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with great phone manners Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Proficient in using MS Office.
