Supply Planner

Location: Altona, Victoria | Office-based

Roster: 4 days on / 3 days off or 5 days on / 2 days off

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to support the coordination of gas, NGL, condensate and other energy product sales across Australian upstream operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily customer gas nominations and resolve supply/nominations issues.
• Coordinate gas and NGL marketing activities and production planning meetings.
• Manage short-term sales reporting and customer nomination systems.
• Review sales offers and agreements against available volumes and maintenance requirements.
• Monitor Australian gas market developments and provide market insights to internal stakeholders.
• Forecast near-term gas liftings and communicate requirements to Joint Venture operators.
• Build relationships with AEMO, customers, JV partners, pipeline and storage operators.
• Prepare month-end reporting covering liftings, pricing, downtime and demand forecasting.
