THE ROLE

We are seeking two enthusiastic Customer Service Officers who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service through:

• responding to a wide variety of phone and counter enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
• entering customer requests and assigning to the appropriate department
• cashiering, data entry and administration duties

To be successful in this role you will have:

• relevant experience in a busy customer service environment
• proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• ability to learn new software programs
• some knowledge of Council operations and the Shire
• high attention to detail and ability to retain a broad scope of knowledg
