Description
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering incoming phone calls from customers and make appointment for customers.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred.
  • Experience handling multiple phonelines.
  • Professional attitude and neat appearance.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, friendly with positive mindset.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Able to commit to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
