We are currently offering a great opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our stable and high performing Customer Service team in Darra QLD.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Manager, your role will provide support to our broad network of Independent Customers. Duties include:

• Ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer orders
• Handling customer calls, account queries, pricing requests and product enquiries
• Resolving supply issues
• Liaising with Supplier and stakeholder
• Actioning credits
• Other Ad Hoc administration dutie
