Responsibilities

As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for a customer, including members of the public and Victorian community. You will professionally handle information requests and ensure that issues and enquiries are resolved promptly and thoroughly. This position is responsible for the daily customer service tasks involved in providing an oustanding camping experience at the Point Nepean Discovery Tents. Your daily tasks may include checking in and checking out of campers, attending to camper’s questions and requests, providing information to campers regarding the National Park, Flora, Fauna, History, Culture, and the range of services and activities available to them.
