Each is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Officers/Receptionists to join our Reception team. In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face our clients see, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support while ensuring a calm, professional, and welcoming experience for all. Your role, your impact Be the face of Each – Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. Keep things running smoothly – Manage reception duties, client processing, data entry, and general office tasks. Support the team – Work closely with program staff and contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment. Appointment scheduling – Manage complex appointment scheduling across multiple programs and systems with a high level of accuracy. Client confidentiality – Maintain strict client confidentiality and work in line with privacy, consent, and organisational policies. Support site liaison responsibilities – Ensure day-to-day site matters are followed up in a timely manner. We have two part-time roles available: 0.6 FTE – 2 days per week 9:00am-5.06pm + 1 day per week from 12:00-8:06pm (late allowance paid) 0.8 FTE – 3 days per week 9:00am-5.06pm + 1 day per week from 12:00-8:06pm (late allowance paid) Who we’re looking for A customer service superstar who enjoys interacting with people and has experience working in a busy reception or customer service role, ideally within community, health, or social services settings. Strong administration and multitasking skills, with a proactive attitude. The ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional in a busy, fast-paced environment. Experience supporting CALD communities and individuals from diverse backgrounds across community and allied health settings. Confidence using multiple computer systems and managing accurate data entry. An understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
