We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Client Services Officer/Receptionist. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers through the provision of advice and arranging suitable appointments with our extensive specialist consultant team. Job Description Meeting and greeting Patients and Consultants Supporting the day-to-day delivery of appointments Responding to and actioning the day-to-day general administrative, scheduling, and booking queries via phone, inbox and online booking system Utilizing custom software program to support the delivery of services Provide general office management support Working with the Customer Relationship Manager to respond to specific Customer requests Supporting additional service delivery tasks as required including, invoicing, file preparation, and other administrative tasks as required Engagement with Customers, Consultants and Colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery Qualifications Qualifications and Experience Specific Knowledge and Skills Minimum 5 years’ experience as a front office receptionist or customer service officer (or similar) in a medical, health or related industry (or with demonstrable transferable skills and experiences) Advanced technology skills including Microsoft suite skills and capacity to utilise systems and processes to support the coordination of the schedule A natural orientation towards customer service with a capacity to problem solve and think critically to deliver a quality scheduling outcome for all key stakeholders Outstanding relationship building skills with exceptionally well-developed emotional and social intelligence A keen focus on being efficient, productive, and focused with the highest level of attention to detail Superior verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and influencing skills A resilient personality with a natural orientation towards working with others positively and respectfully A personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly and helpful Capacity to independently prioritise while maintaining a high level of flexibility Additional Information Click on the APPLY button or contact Cassie Butcher to have a confidential discussion.
