The company, a delivery and logistics provider, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Customer Service Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • NITEC in relevant fields or equivalent
  • Prior customer service/warehouse experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily customer service operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Help with picking and packing customer orders in the warehouse.
  • Handle order processing, inventory checks, and delivery scheduling.
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Carry out billing tasks, including invoicing and data entry.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely product flow.
  • Manage issues related to stock discrepancies, delays, or damages.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Work with the operations team to quickly resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed on time by working closely with the delivery team.
