CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER FOR FAST-GROWING ECOMMERCE BUSINESS (REMOTE - VERY FLEXIBLE, 10 HRS/WEEK)

We are Australia’s leading online retailer in our niche (eco-friendly pest control products).

We are looking for an energetic and experienced customer service officer on a remote, flexible basis. You will be manning our helpdesk, handling inbound queries by email and phone:

  • 2-3 hours per day within business hours (weekdays only) with flexibility to fit into your daily life
  • Fully remote (but fully supported!)
  • Perfect for someone:

o Looking to balance work with school pickups and drop-offs

You will be responsible for:

  • Customer service (phone, email, live chat)
  • Working with our local warehouse on order issues
  • Daily operations support / projects that are constantly changing

Ideally you will be someone that we can form a long-term partnership and can grow with the business. You will be well supported by the operations manager, business owners and our fantastic, long-term team.

We are looking for someone:

  • With customer service, sales or translatable experience
  • Proactive and energetic
  • Comfortable working with a remote, asynchronous team
  • Keen to dig in and learn new things
  • Solution-oriented
  • Comfortable using Shopify (or a similar platform)
