Join our Rent & Income team and play a vital role in supporting residents across Australia to maintain sustainable tenancies. As a Customer Service Officer – Rent & Income, you’ll be at the heart of delivering fair, accurate, and compliant rent reviews, while providing essential administrative and customer support to staff, residents, and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will be to: Deliver accurate and timely household rent reviews in line with legislation Support new tenancy sign-ups with rent determinations Provide guidance on complex rent calculations and family compositions Support Rent & Income manager with administrative tasks and maintain accurate data and document records Coordinate bulk tenant communications including invoicing Track and report on rent review process and key metrics and support debt recovery processes Collaborate across housing, assets and community development teams Support positive outcomes for residents and communities Handle complaints and feedback with professionalism and care Requirements for Success Strong administration, organisation and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Confidence using databases and digital systems Understanding of community housing compliance environment Experience in social or affordable housing or a related field desirable A collaborative mindset and commitment to confidentiality Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, referee checks, and WWCC.
