POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brisbane QLD. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, responsible for processing orders, preparing quotes, and ensuring our clients receive the high level of service RWW Group is known for.
This position requires a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
