Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company), is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our tight-knit team at our Bundamba Branch.
You’ll work closely with our sales, operations, and leadership teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication between our internal teams and valued customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Assist with dispatch procedures when required
  • Process quotes, cash sales, and customer orders
  • Reconcile invoices and handle general admin duties
  • Maximise sales opportunities through great service and follow-through
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication between sales, operations, and customers
    You’re an enthusiastic and tenacious team player who loves helping customers, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly. You work well under pressure and take pride in your attention to detail.
