ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking someone with:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience (retail preferred).
  • A hands-on, retail-savvy mindset with a passion for helping customers.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal) and active listening.
  • A proactive, resilient attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise.
  • A team player mentality but also the confidence to work autonomously.
  • Emotional intelligence and a growth mindset—open to feedback and learning.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster as needed.
Responsibilities

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the voice of Shaver Shop, delivering top-tier service across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include:
✔ Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Bazaar Voice).
✔ Managing online orders from purchase to delivery, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
✔ Liaising with stores, couriers (AusPost, etc.), and resolving customer complaints.
✔ Processing returns/refunds and assisting with product enquiries.
✔ Supporting stores with web orders and tracking customer trends for business improvements.
✔ Monitoring delivery performance and ensuring seamless order fulfilment.
