Job Description Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding resolving customer issues, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries. Maintain internal email mailbox. Order entry on SAP. Process invoices and credits. Customer support and enquiries . Liaise with freight providers for delivery coordination. Provide assistance to Sales and Logistics teams. Qualifications Previous experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role. Have a strong understanding of Customer Service principles. Be self-motivated, quick leaner, with a can do attitude. Have excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail. Have excellent computer skills / administrative skills.
