Job Description Handle incoming calls, orders, inquiries, and complaints promptly. Process orders, invoices, and credits accurately. Provide support to customers, branches, and other teams. Liaise with freight providers and logistics teams. Manage stock replenishment and back orders. Ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment. Data entry and record keeping. Prepare reports and documentation. Maintain organized filing systems. Provide excellent customer service and support. Work effectively as part of a team. Follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience with Export orders Previous experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role. Have a strong understanding of Customer Service principles. Be self-motivated, quick leaner, with a can-do attitude. Have excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail. Have excellent computer skills / administrative skills.
