Job Description As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients in the financial sector, providing exceptional service and support. Your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. You will assist clients with account management, transactions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Additionally, you will provide information about financial products and services, guiding clients through the application processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience is also essential. Microsoft Office forms the backbone of many business operations, and as a Customer Service Officer, you make full use of it to support clients efficiently and professionally. You are well-versed in applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and know how to use them to manage customer files accurately, maintain clear communication, and streamline processes. With tools like Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint, you ensure smooth internal collaboration and efficient information exchange.
