ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic and close-knit team at our Launceston branch as a Customer Service Representative!
In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure that customers have a seamless and positive experience with InfraBuild Steel Centre.
This is a customer-facing role, working Monday to Friday and provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their customer service and sales skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders
  • Merchandising products
  • Receiving stock and verifying invoices
  • Identifying and maximising sales opportunities
  • Performing general administrative tasks
    Our ideal candidate will have a background in retail sales or customer service, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems and offer customer solutions.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Experience in retail customer service, sales, and administration
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & SAP systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
