Our ideal candidate will be an experienced sales/customer service representative, who has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems and provide customer solutions. Ideal skills and experience include:

  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or logistics
  • Ability to build relationships with existing customers and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Detail-oriented and committed, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency in every task.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs highly regarded
  • Experience in SAP ERP is desirable
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Newcastle branch as a Customer Service Representative. You will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with InfraBuild Steel Centre. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming the first point of contact for inquiries and provide exceptional service via email and over the phone.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate quotes and address general customer queries, converting them into sales opportunities where possible.
  • Maintain stock levels and check invoices.
  • Continuously look at new ways of improving customer experience
