REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level with experience in similar position,
  • Required language(s): English, and a second language (to liaise with our patients)
  • Able to attend to Whatsapp enquiries
  • Able to handle Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
  • Customer service oriented and friendly deposition
  • Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
  • Able to work on weekends and retail hours
  • Handle front desk activities, incoming calls & phone, and Whatsapp enquiries
  • 12 months contract
  • 5.5 days work week

Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with customers by providing warm and sincere customer service
  • Handle front desk activities not limited to incoming calls & phone enquiries.
  • Attend to patient, including registrations, updating and keeping records and arranging patients’ appointments.
  • Involve in cashiering, dispensing, stock taking & perform administration duties
  • Data entry and filling patients’ card.
  • Assist Doctor during procedures when required
  • Responsible for appointment bookings, reminder calls and SMS.
  • Ensure opening and closing duties are completed
  • Reply voicemail by returning calls to customer.
  • Recommend and promote company services and products.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the waiting area and display is up-to-date
  • Attend to retail sales/ logistics
  • Any other duties assigned by the management
