About the opportunity
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive professional to be the face of RFBI a key member of the Marketing team. You will manage phone, email and website enquiries, greet visitors and support our Village and Care at Home teams. You’ll also assist with CRM management, administrative tasks, event coordination and provide insights to improve customer engagement and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all inbound enquiries
  • Champion and maintain the CRM system
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer enquiries promptly
  • Create a positive and professional first impression of RFBI
  • Organise office events, meetings and support event coordination
  • Assist with daily administrative duties including mail and deliveries
  • Contribute to reporting and insights by providing feedback on CRM usage and customer engagement
  • Support the planning and execution of RFBI events and conferences
