Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding printing services, pricing, turnaround times, and available product options.
  • Provide detailed information on design drafts, quotes, materials, and any other service-related inquiries.
  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Act as a liaison between the production team and customers to provide updates on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, sales invoices, and coordinate the delivery process for customer orders.
  • Collect and address customer feedback and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively search for new customer opportunities to expand the business.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as needed to support the team and the company’s operations.
    5.5 Work week (9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri), Alt Sat 9am – 1pm)
