One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Welcome Advisor to work within a busy branch located in Limerick.Your new role

The purpose of this role is to provide a professional, friendly and engaging service to our customers. You will be a visible and active presence in our branches, delivering a personal customer experience.Role-Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor - enquiring as to their needs
  • Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options - mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if required
  • Handling basic queries and complaints - directing to senior staff as required
  • Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs
  • Identifying sales opportunities, handing over to suitable staff as required
  • Cash handling - processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required. Responsible for balancing cash at the end of the day and managing levels throughout the day
