Job Type: Full-time | On-site
MV Sport/The Game is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Assistant to support both our customers and operations in Bay Shore. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for order accuracy, product availability, and customer service inquiries—ensuring our customers and partners receive the support they need quickly and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years experience in customer service, order management, or inventory support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Proficiency with ERP or order/inventory management systems.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting tools (Excel, etc.).

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing support role.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Familiarity with inventory and supply chain basics.
