POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in making every visit smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of front desk operations: checking in players, processing payments, managing reservations, assisting with simulator systems, and providing basic troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 yrs customer service, hospitality, Golf operations and/or recreation experience
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help others
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable with computers, cash registers, and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, including simulator software
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic golf knowledge is a strong asset but, not required – training provided
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform minor cleaning duties
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Answer questions about Prime Golf, our services, simulators, and promotions with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Check-in and Registration: Efficiently check in players for sessions, confirm reservation details, and assign simulator bays as needed.
  • Reservations Management: Assist customers with booking simulator time by phone, email, or in-person, and accurately manage reservations in our system.
  • Payment Processing: Handle all payment transactions quickly and accurately (cash, credit, or electronic), balance cash drawers, and maintain records.
  • Simulator System Operations: Set up and prepare simulator systems for players, ensuring all equipment functions correctly. Provide basic instruction on simulator use, software navigation, and gameplay options.
  • Troubleshooting: Offer first-line technical support for simulator issues, resolving basic problems and escalating as needed.
  • Facility Presentation: Keep simulator bays, lounge, and reception areas clean and organized. Restock supplies and tidy up between sessions.
  • Safety & Policies: Enforce Prime Golf rules and safety policies in a friendly, respectful manner. Monitor compliance and address concerns proactively.
  • Promotions & Events: Share information about upcoming leagues, tournaments, lessons, and special events. Encourage participation and answer questions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions between sessions and support overall operations. Assist wherever needed for a positive guest experience.
