As we grow, we’re looking for a flexible, hands-on team member who can lead our customer service while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be the voice of our brand, making sure every customer feels heard, valued, and cared for — while also stepping in wherever help is needed across the business. From packing orders to solving logistical puzzles, your work will directly impact the customer experience and help us run more smoothly behind the scenes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Support
  • Respond to inquiries via email or phone with warmth, accuracy, and efficiency. Handle post-sale support including order updates, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Management

Take initiative in resolving unexpected challenges (shipping delays, production issues, customer escalations). You’re someone who doesn’t just report problems — you fix them.

  • Shipping & Fulfillment (as needed)

Help pack orders or coordinate deliveries during peak times or team absences.Help streamline internal systems and assist in other operations and special projects.
