Role and responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have the following:Experience working with Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Business relief products.
• Previous experience of onboarding new customers.
• Completing KYC/AML checks and processing of applications.
• Adhering to regulatory guidelines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all client interactions meet FCA requirements.
• Building relationships and trust with customers and providing exceptional levels of customer service.
