Salary: S$3,300 - S$3,500 per month
Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat & Sun 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (5.5-day week)
Job Requirements:
Handle customer inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email)
Manage orders, invoicing & delivery scheduling
Support admin tasks & stock management
Coordinate with florists, drivers & suppliers
Assist in hampers, balloons & operations workflow
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years’ experience in customer service/admin/operations
Strong communication & organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel & digital platforms
Able to multitask, detail-oriented & customer-first mindset
Willing to work weekends & public holidays
