Description
Your mission Servus und hallo! Wir freuen uns riesig, dass du den Weg zu uns gefunden hast - willkommen bei Sungrow Europe in München! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Service Operations team - a team that sits right at the heart of what makes our customer experience tick. From keeping repair processes on track to making sure invoices flow smoothly through our systems, you will be doing real, meaningful work from day one. Curious what that looks like in practice? Here we go: You will review, process, and verify invoices related to logistics, warehousing, procurement, warranty repair services, and other operational services - and submit them into our financial system for smooth payment processing. You will coordinate paid repair services end-to-end, from preparing quotations to tracking progress and keeping all parties aligned. You will act as a communication bridge between customers, Hotline Engineers, the repair center, warehouse teams, and logistics partners throughout the entire repair journey. You will help ensure that every customer stays informed and that no repair case falls through the cracks - because in our team, follow-through is everything. You will support the team with reporting, data tracking, and process documentation to keep our operations sharp and transparent. You will have the opportunity to contribute to automation initiatives using Python and Selenium, helping us work smarter and faster. Your profile Alright, alright - sounds like a pretty exciting role, doesn't it? Now, to truly thrive here and enjoy every single day, your background should look something like this: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field - and you are ready to bring your A-game to a fast-paced international environment. Your English skills are strong, both in writing and speaking (C1 level or above); German language skills are a welcome plus (B2 or above). You are someone who takes ownership - you can work independently, juggle multiple tasks at once, and still deliver quality results. You have solid analytical skills and a structured way of thinking - whether it is reviewing an invoice or tracking a repair case, you pay attention to the details that matter. You communicate clearly and confidently, and you know how to keep different stakeholders in the loop without losing the thread. Familiarity with Python, especially Selenium for automation testing, is a strong plus - we love people who think about how to make things more efficient. Why us? Joining our Service Operations team means stepping into a role where your contributions are visible, valued, and impactful from day one. You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience in the green energy space - and you will see the direct results of your work in how smoothly our repair and payment processes run. Based at our European headquarters in Munich, you will work alongside talented colleagues from all over the world in a collaborative, open, and forward-thinking environment. This is not just an internship where you make coffee - this is a real opportunity to grow your skills, build your professional network, and be part of the clean energy transition that is shaping the future.
