We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Customer Service Advisor in London.
The standard hours of work are 36.25 Per Week. Staff are required to work on a rota basis between 07:30 and 18:00 Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
  • Reception service, welcoming visitors to the building and providing advice and information regarding the range and levels of facilities within the building
  • Answering calls from building users, categorise the calls in accordance to the priority and contract and to forward to the appropriate service provider
  • Management of issue/collection of meeting room keys and monitoring meeting room use
  • Taking calls to book meeting rooms, functions, conferences and exhibitions. Ensuring that all spaces are efficiently and effectively used to meet the customer’s requirements and achieve their objectives
