CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR

Galway city is the home base for our Technical Support and Design and we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operator to join our call centre in Galway.
If you enjoy customer service and have experience in call centre level phone interactions, then this role will suit you.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Track record of delivering a consistent level of exceptional service to customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Call centre experience handling volume calls an advantage
• Experience in heating, plumbing and other renewable energy fields an advantage
• Experience in HubSpot an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Ability to work under pressure
  The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You should enjoy working in a fast paced, target driven environment. You must be comfortable solving issues over the phone and have proficient IT & administration skills.

  Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Answering phones while assisting the team in acting as main point of contact for all incoming customer calls
• Logging calls on HubSpot CRM system
• Taking messages and transferring calls
• Dealing with customer queries and assisting them where needed
• Ensuring all queries get resolved/closed out in a reasonable time frame
• Any admin duties required as needed
• Managing email accounts
