Some tasks as part of this role include: Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone Administration duties including data entry and email management Picking & Packing customer orders Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained General warehouse duties & housekeeping when required About Us Knauf is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of modern insulation materials, gypsum wallboard systems, plasters and accessories, thermal insulation composite systems, floor screed, floor systems, and construction equipment and tools.
