Strong administration experience Prior experience in an administration or supervisor role Experience using Microsoft Office is essential Experience using SAP would be highly regarded Ability to work from the Chullora site full time – (Mon-Fri 6am-3pm) What you will need to join us Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights - We do not offer visa sponsorship Valid Police Check Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain Ability and willingness to undertake manual handling Successful completion of pre-employment medical Why you will LOVE working at Knauf Australia! $32-$34 per hour + super + allowances 14 weeks Parental Leave (primary carer) Yearly Pay Review Access to discounts on Health Insurance, Gym Memberships, Qantas lounge, Novated leasing and trade discounts Career Development and Training opportunities Free onsite parking About the Role As a Customer Service Operator you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via E-mail and face to face Some tasks as part of this role include: Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone Administration duties including data entry and email management Picking & Packing customer orders Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained General warehouse duties & housekeeping when required About Us Knauf is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of modern insulation materials, gypsum wallboard systems, plasters and accessories, thermal insulation composite systems, floor screed, floor systems, and construction equipment and tools.
