SCC Logistics are looking for a full-time Customer Service Operator to join our close-knit team in Cardiff. Duties will include, but not limited to, answering customer enquiries, taking bookings using our in-house booking system and managing them to completion. updating customers in real-time of delivery ETA’s and providing a world class service. You will be confident speaking to approved suppliers and able to communicate well at all levels. You will have the ability to form lasting relationships with our customers. A good geographical knowledge of the UK is preferred.
45 Hours per week with a paid lunch. There is also an on-call requirement shared on a Rota for which there is an additional weekly bonus payment.
