Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional order processing assistance to our customers via phone, email, and in-person. The role requires a strong data entry background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, and have experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Take inbound calls to process customer requests and engage with potential clients
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide outstanding client services through phone etiquette and email correspondence
- Stay up-to-date with new products and technologies, and contribute to the development of knowledge bases and technical documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a order desk, call center, customer service environment
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
