We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service / Order Fulfiment team member to join our dynamic team. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or MYOB
• Solid experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong time management with the ability to multitask effectively
• Positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a valid Australian work visa
• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred
• Willing to undergo a Police Check

• Answering inbound customer calls and providing excellent service
• Assisting with order-related queries and processing daily orders/invoices
• Coordinating logistics bookings and delivery inquiries
• Supporting the Accounts Receivable team in following up outstanding invoices
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Managing stock records, inventory accuracy, and incoming goods
• Helping keep dispatch operations on track
