Overview ✅ Position Summary As a Customer Service, Order Management Representative (German Speaking) you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your role ensures flawless order execution, drives process excellence, and strengthens collaboration between Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, OPEX and IT. Your scope includes: Pricing administration Order entry Billing adjustments Collections Problem resolution Complaint handling Master data maintenance Responsibilities 🔍 Your Responsibilities Ensure perfect order fulfillment and resolve issues promptly. Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers within the EM region. Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Procurement. Maintain and update customer master data in SAP. Apply diversified pricing applications and process billing adjustments (returns, credit/debits). Document and follow up on internal and external complaints. Support sales representatives and managers with sales data analysis, reporting, and customer follow-up. Qualifications 🎯 What We’re Looking For College/University degree. Fluent English (both written and spoken) an additional language like Polish is a plus SAP knowledge is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Customer Service experience is a plus. Precise, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure. Positive attitude, empathy, and accountability.
