Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Packer to join our team in ensuring the efficient packaging of goods for distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing items for shipment while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities - Perform picking and packing of products according to order specifications - Load and unload items from delivery vehicles - Handle materials with care to prevent damage during packing and transportation - Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders - Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed - Conduct quality control checks on packed items - Utilise mechanical knowledge to operate packaging machinery effectively - Execute heavy lifting tasks when required Skills - Proficiency in picking, packing, and materials handling procedures - Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management - Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and quality control processes - Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently - Capable of performing heavy lifting duties as necessary

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
