Your tasks

• Telephone and written information provided by savings bank employees
• Processing incoming service requests
• Maintenance and updating of customer and contract data
• Processing incoming mail and general service procedures
• Forwarding of requests to the relevant departments

This is what you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or insurance clerk (m/f/d)
• Enjoyment of telephone and written communication
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
• Teamwork skills and a friendly demeanor
