We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to join a busy Italian restaurant in Dublin City Centre. The Part-time Customer Service staff is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests . This role requires a blend of efficiency, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills to ensure guests enjoy a memorable meal.
Weekdays and Weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recent previous experience as server in hospitality is essential. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and will strive to do the best they can.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: From €14.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Hosting - Politely showing guests to their table.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
  • Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
  • Handle complaints or issues with a positive attitude and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Have a positive and friendly attitude when engaging with guests and colleagues.
  • Develops long-lasting relationships with the neighbourhood.
  • Acknowledges those who visit the store frequently.
  • Commits to marketing policies and promotions, not limited to upselling, special events, supplier days, recipe cards and more.
  • Maintains proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards; specifically ensuring all HACCP guidelines are followed at all times.
  • Assisting in keeping the restaurant clean.
  • Clear dirty dishes, glassware and cutlery from tables.
  • Wipe down tables and reset them for the next guests.
  • Willingness to assist the team.
  • Work cohesively with other staff members, including kitchen and bar staff, to ensure smooth service.
