Customer Service & Parts Key Account Manager Department: Customer Service Delivery Reporting to: Head of Customer Service Delivery About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service & Parts Key Account Manager to join our Customer Service Delivery team. In this role, you will manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key truck fleet customers, working closely with our retailer partners to maximise vehicle uptime, customer satisfaction, and the growth of genuine OEM parts and service solutions. You will play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional aftersales experience aligned with the Daimler Truck brand.
