The Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shop Attendant / Photo Lab Specialist to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis. This role suits someone with a passion for photography, printing, and customer service, looking for steady ongoing work in a small business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with enquiries, sales, and photo services
• Processing print orders, enlargements, passport photos, and film developing (training provided)
• Assisting with custom picture framing and finishing services
• Operating lab equipment, photo kiosks, and digital printing systems
• Recommending additional products and services to enhance customer experience
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional shopfront

Skills & Experience

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills and confidence with software applications
• Experience in photo printing, lab work, or film processing (desirable but training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with framing (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
• Availability to work set weekdays and weekends
