We are looking for a Customer Service & Planning & Logistics Director to join our Supply Chain team in Istanbul. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply and production planning processes to ensure product availability in line with sales forecast, capacity, and inventory targets. Manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and 3PL performance to deliver service and cost KPIs. Drive customer collaboration and joint planning to support innovation launches, promotions, and service improvement initiatives. Oversee MEM (Marketing Equipment Management) operations including equipment supply, maintenance, and CAPEX planning, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency. Own the productivity agenda across planning and logistics functions, delivering savings through PO1. Support the OU’s supply chain transformation roadmap, driving agility, digitalization, and cross-functional execution. Ensure accurate inventory management and stock visibility, supporting cash flow and minimizing write-offs. Build and develop a strong talent pipeline across planning, logistics, and CS teams. Drive cross-functional planning and service excellence through close collaboration with Sales, Demand Planning, and Commercial teams to ensure full alignment on forecast, innovation pipeline, and promo execution. Co-lead the IS&OP (Integrated Sales & Operations Planning) process with Commercial and Finance teams to enable data-driven decision-making and integrated business planning. Partner with HR to build organizational capability, lead talent development, and drive engagement across Planning, Logistics, and MEM functions. Collaborate with Sector and Global teams on transformation, productivity, and digitalization initiatives to ensure local execution is in sync with broader strategies. Jointly manage MEM investment and execution roadmap with Sales and Finance to ensure right placement, efficiency, and ROI of equipment deployment. Own and govern the end-to-end TR OU supply planning and logistics agenda, including AOP ownership, network strategy, and operating model design. Set direction and make final calls on customer service strategy and alignment processes with Commercial, Demand Planning, and Sales to enable flawless execution. Lead capacity and inventory governance, ensuring the right contingency playbooks and scenario planning are in place to support business continuity. Prioritize and greenlight productivity and transformation programs across planning and logistics, aligned with sector priorities and PSP targets. Make capital allocation decisions for equipment and logistics infrastructure, ensuring investment plans enable long-term capability and growth. Serve as the key escalation point for complex supply chain and customer-facing challenges, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely resolution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or operations, including leadership of cross-functional teams. Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP / IS&OP processes. Proven experience in logistics operations and distribution management, including transportation, warehousing, and 3PL management. Demonstrated track record in driving productivity, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong project and change management skills with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives. Proven leadership capability with experience building and developing high-performing teams. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and senior leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid understanding of inventory performance and service KPIs. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
