We are looking for individuals with ambition for success, strong ethical values, hungry to learn & grow, and a passion for helping people. Must be able to multi-task; highly organized, have a keen sense of urgency to complete files accurately and timely. Strong typing and computer skills are needed. Past experience with processing of loan or claims as well as case management skills will provide you with the skills required to be successful in this role. Medicaid training is provided.
Hourly rate of $18 plus monthly bonus potential

MEDICAID PROCESSOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the application process for Long Term Care Medicaid benefits, working with residents, their families, and caregivers to facilitate timely and accurate submission of the Medicaid application. Provide superior customer service to the patients we assist.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED TO DO THIS JOB:

Ability to interpret policy and procedures and apply to case files.
Proven ability to appropriately use MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Prior experience in CRM Software is a plus.
