Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Location: Medina, Ohio
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our Residential Sales Division. This role plays a vital part in keeping up our high quality customer service standards.
This full-time, in-person position is ideal for someone who is early in their career, organized, driven, and eager to grow with a company that values teamwork and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer and route inbound phone calls in a professional manner
· Create new deals and maintain records in our CRM (HubSpot and QuickBooks)
· Follow up with customers via email and phone to support active opportunities
· Attend team meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and action items
· Send sample packages using UPS
· Maintain organized digital folders for active jobs
· Support daily coordination across both sales divisions under manager guidance
The right candidate will be:
· Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Collaborative and eager to learn from others
· Adaptable, with strong follow-through and attention to detail
· Someone who takes pride in doing the small things well and contributing to a team
Qualifications Required:
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
· Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
· Willingness to learn industry-specific knowledge with training and support
Preferred (Not Required):
· Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
· Background in sales support, construction, or customer service
· QuickBooks experience
Work Schedule
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Location: In-person at our Medina, OH office
