Customer Service & Provisioning Support
Location: Worthing Town Centre
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ready to join a growing telecoms provider? We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Customer Service & Provisioning Support team member to join our busy operations team.
The Role
You’ll be supporting the team in delivering first-class customer service and provisioning support. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, from resolving queries to provisioning telecoms services and retaining clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional telephone manner.
- Maintain and develop client accounts, identifying growth opportunities.
- Advise customers on solutions to meet their needs and grow their business.
- Handle day-to-day issues, cancellations, and complaints efficiently.
- Upsell Overline products and services.
- Diagnose and resolve first-line faults.
- Provide remote (Teams) training for customers on their phone systems.
- Process orders for licences, CPS, WLR, Data, Number Porting, Number Management, and SIP Services.
- Ensure SLA compliance and escalate issues when required.
- Manage and resolve tickets within agreed timeframes.
- Support with special projects and proactive customer retention.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role (telecoms background desirable but not essential).
- Strong, assertive, and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across teams and build strong relationships.
- Naturally customer-focused with a flair for problem-solving.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident IT user with proficiency in MS Office (experience with Autotask a plus).
- Able to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
