Role Responsibilities

  • Agree service instructions and book the vehicle into the workshop.
  • Welcome all customers at Service Reception in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communicate the customer requirements to the workshop
  • Carry out customer follow ups and develop and maintain positive relationships.
  • Organise service department bookings in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure best practice of the workshop in line with dealer guidelines.

Skills & Competencies

  • Motor Trade experience will be an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Present a consistent professional image to both internal and external customers, through attitude, behaviour and personal appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Monday to Friday

  • Full Drivers License (preferred)
