CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEPTIONIST

Location: Bellshill ML4 3LU
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
We are looking for a confident and customer service-focused receptionist to join the Renault Trucks team at our Dealership in Bellshill. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether that’s in person in our reception area, over the telephone or by email. You’ll need excellent customer service skills as you will be multi-tasking, anything from booking in vehicles, updating customers with progress reports, invoicing, to administration support for the Service and Parts Managers. We are looking for an individual who enjoys being part of a small, busy team; no two days will be the same! Teamwork is key and working together to achieve results will ensure our customers receive the best service.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers in a courteous manner, interpreting their requirements and completing necessary paperwork to enable work to be undertaken.
  • Scheduling routine maintenance for customers using our internal systems
  • Raising job cards and invoicing
  • Monitoring the Work In Progress (WIP) to keep it under control
  • Keeping customers updated with likely completion times and contacting customers to inform them of any additional work required
  • Issuing accurate quotations to gain the necessary authority to complete the work.
  • Liaising with the workshop to develop service contract opportunities
