  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner — both in person and over the phone
  • Provide support to our Sales and Management teams with administrative tasks
  • Perform clerical duties including document scanning, data entry, filing, and other office-related responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-line phone system with efficiency and courtesy
