We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Representative. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients, build positive customer relationships, and ensure a seamless experience with our products and services. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine passion for helping others.

To thrive in this role, you'll be available to work rostered shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. Once training has been successfully completed, shifts finishing at 7:00pm can be worked remotely. Rosters are provided one month in advance, giving you the opportunity to plan and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
• Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of products or services

Ideally you’ll have

• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
